In Lovegotchi, two people raise the same pet. Every feed, cuddle, and bath from either phone lands on one shared Mochi — so you always see what the other person did.
Step 1 · Pair up
Pairing takes one invite code.
One of you creates a shared home and gets an invite code. The other enters it. From then on, both accounts point at the same Mochi, the same room, and the same private space.
- Exactly two people. A pair is always two accounts — no group chats, no strangers.
- Each on your own phone. You both install Lovegotchi on Android and sign in separately.
- One shared egg. Your first Mochi starts as an egg that hatches as you care for it.
Step 2 · Care
Care from either side adds up.
There are seven care actions: Feed, Play, Cuddle, Sleep, Rest, Bathe, and Talk. Each has a short cooldown, so you can both chip in across the day without stepping on each other.
- Same stats for both of you. Hunger, energy, cleanliness, and happiness are shared.
- No need to be online together. Care in the morning, your partner cares at night — it all counts.
- Rewards for each action. Care earns experience for Mochi and coins for the shop.
Step 3 · Grow
Your shared level shapes Mochi.
Experience from both of you raises one shared level. At level 3 Mochi hatches, and she keeps growing through child, teen, adult, and finally legend at level 50.
- Evolution ceremonies. Each new stage plays as a little cutscene for both of you.
- Streaks and milestones. A shared streak and timeline record how you showed up.

What happens if only one of us plays for a while?
Care from either of you counts, so one person can carry Mochi for a while. Her needs drop over time, though — if nobody looks after her for too long she becomes critically weak and needs rescuing. A quick check-in from one of you each day keeps her happy.
Can I be paired with more than one person?
No. Each Lovegotchi home is for exactly two people and one Mochi.
Does it work offline?
Lovegotchi syncs your shared Mochi online so both phones see the same pet. You need an internet connection for your care to reach your partner.
